Staff Team Changes
Storehouse Manager - Jill Neighbour
Jill Neighbour has served as Storehouse Manager since December 2020 and has done an excellent job building up the work post-COVID. She has established teams, extended the ministry, and excels in releasing others into caring for our wider community.
Jill has decided it is time to take on a new role outside WaterWays Vineyard and will step down as Storehouse Manager at the end of January. In February, she will begin working with 16–21-year-old care leavers locally. She will be greatly missed by all of us, but Jill and Chris plan to continue being part of WaterWays Vineyard.
We plan to advertise the role towards the end of January for appointment as soon as possible. Before the advert goes live, the senior pastors and trustees will review the scope and shape of the role in light of the excellent work Jill has been doing over the last few years.
Vkids Coordinator - Felicity Carpagnano
Felicity Carpagnano became VKids Coordinator in September 2021. She has done an excellent job streamlining resources, building up teams, and ensuring our work with VKids remains kingdom-focused. As her other work increased and her hours were reduced, she continued to refine our approach in this area—including ensuring great communication through initiatives like Team Breakfast!
At the end of 2025, Felicity decided to step down from this role to make space for other areas of service in the life of the church. On Sunday 11 January, we will thank her for her work and look forward to what's next.
In due course, we expect to advertise a similar role, but we are taking time to reflect and review before deciding what's next.
Church Administrator
As you're aware, Sue Price stepped down from this role at the end of 2025 as she and David were moving away from the area. In December, we took time to thank Sue and David for all they contributed while at WaterWays Vineyard. We will miss them terribly and are very grateful for everything they've done.
The post of Church Administrator is currently being advertised, and applications close on Sunday 18 January.
Prayer Please
Pray with gratitude for all that Jill, Felicity, and Sue have contributed to our shared life together. Pray also for wisdom for the senior pastors and trustees, as well as for those who may apply for these roles.

As a church, we have a small staff team, and our aim is that that team encourages a wide range of people to give their time voluntarily in service of Jesus. Without each one of you giving your time, talents, and resources, we could not do all the things that we do for the kingdom of God. Thank you.
