What a joy to gather as a church as we step into a new season and commission new site pastors for Frome, Multiply leaders, and new leaders for 10:Ten!
10:Ten
We thanked Jez and Nikki for their courageous leadership in starting 10:Ten, our work with 20–30 year olds. Under their leadership, the group has grown significantly as they invested, trained, and discipled our 20–30 year-olds. Ryan and Gabby were commissioned as the new leaders—they have been leading the group since last term.
Multiply Leaders
Jez and Nikki are taking on a new and significant role within the life of WaterWays Vineyard. When we changed the name of the church, we were clear that WaterWays was plural. We were going to be intentional about multiplication. The core of that is multiplying and growing leaders.
Jez and Nikki have been commissioned by the church to grow and multiply leaders to help us step into all that God is calling us to at this time. They will be inviting people to go on a journey of discipleship and training with them so that we can grow more leaders for the sake of the kingdom of God. Nikki has also been asked to have worship oversight to grow leaders and resource people in this ministry.
Site Pastors—Frome
Felicity and Marco were commissioned as Site Pastors for Frome. Since June 2025, we have been meeting regularly in Frome and building a team of people as part of our new church site. Felicity and Marco have been at Waterways Vineyard since 2016. They live in Frome and have a passion for the Kingdom of God there. Site Pastors carry significant responsibility for this new worshipping community and will be working closely with Mark and Meghan as the senior pastors.
Please pray for all of those who are stepping into new roles, and for the church generally, that we would pursue all that God is calling us to.
